Shipping and delivery

How long does it take to ship my order?

Items are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on availability in our warehouses. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for shipment or pickup.

What delivery options are available?

We offer the following options:

  • Parcel delivery: Your items will be shipped by a carrier such as Purolator. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the order has been shipped.
  • Scheduled delivery: For heavy or bulky items, we use a specialized carrier. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to schedule the exact delivery date.
  • In-store pickup: During checkout, you'll be able to choose the pickup address from our network of over 70 warehouses across Canada.
Is delivery free?

Delivery charges vary according to your location and the nature of the products ordered. When you checkout, you'll be able to see the available delivery options and their costs.

What payment methods are accepted?

Do you offer a best-price policy?

Ceramed is committed to offering the most competitive prices on the market and, whenever possible, to matching competitors' prices. If you find an identical product at a lower price from a Canadian competitor, we will do our best to match it. The product must be available and the price, including delivery charges, must be applicable to your region. However, Ceramed reserves the right not to apply this equalization if it compromises the company's viability. The PRO account includes customer-specific pricing agreements. If the price displayed does not correspond to your agreement, please contact your sales representative or write to info@ceramed.ca for a correction.

How is my rebate calculated?

Does the price displayed on the site include taxes?

No, the prices displayed on our site do not include taxes. The total amount of taxes depends on your province and will be calculated at the last stage of payment.

Manufacturers' warranties

How does the product warranty work?

All products sold by Ceramed are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To benefit from this warranty, it is imperative to follow the manufacturer's instructions, particularly with regard to installation and use of the product.

Why is it important to follow the manufacturer's installation protocol?

Compliance with the manufacturer's recommendations is essential for the product warranty to be valid. Incorrect installation or installation by an unqualified professional may invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

What should I do if I have a problem with a product under warranty?

If you have a problem with a product, please contact us at info@ceramed.ca with your proof of purchase and photos or a detailed description of the problem. We will guide you through the steps to take with the manufacturer.

Where are you located?

Ceramed is a distributor that offers its products online for sale and delivery across Canada. We have a distribution network of our various suppliers and manufacturers with over 70 warehouses to facilitate the distribution of our products. In addition, we have a showroom open to the public 7 days a week, located at 3275 chemin de l'Industrie, suite 1, Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil, where you can view our samples and make in-store purchases.

How do I know if Ceramed has received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from commande@ceramed.ca or order@ceramed.ca, indicating that your order has been received and payment has been processed. A second e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of shipment or availability of your order for collection.

Can I place an order from a mobile device?

Yes, our website is fully optimized for mobile devices, allowing you to place orders easily from your phone or tablet.

Where do your products come from?

Our products come from all over the world, mainly Europe for ceramic cladding. We work with over 500 brands to offer a wide selection of high-quality building materials.
