Description
All-in-one, fast-setting grout for replacing sanded or unsanded grout. Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect Technology – is a non-efflorescence, non-shrinkage, uniform color, polymer-modified, fast-setting, fine aggregate, ultra-premium grout for joints from 1.5 mm to 19 mm wide. mm (1/16" to 3/4"). DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's Hyperhydration Cement Technology (HCT) to eliminate problems commonly associated with Portland cement grouts, such as color unevenness and efflorescence. In addition to offering a higher polymer content, cementitious hyperhydration technology results in reduced absorbency and improved stain resistance compared to standard quality cementitious grouts.
