Description
Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect technology – is a non-efflorescence, non-shrinkage, uniform color, polymer-modified, fast-setting grout with fine, quality aggregate ultra superior, for joints with a width of 1.5 mm to 19 mm (1/16" to 3/4"). DropEffect technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt and prevent it from entering grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's Hyperhydration Cement Technology (HCT) to eliminate problems commonly associated with Portland cement grouts, such as color unevenness and efflorescence. In addition to offering a higher polymer content, cementitious hyperhydration technology results in reduced absorbency and improved stain resistance compared to standard grade cementitious grouts. Ultracolor Plus FA is formulated with 10% recycled content and meets ANSI A138.1 specification for GreenSquared certification.
