OLFA's RTY-3/DX 60mm ergonomic rotary cutter has amazing features that increase performance and ensure safety. This large knife is ideal for medium to large projects including fleece, wool, leather and more.
The handle is ergonomically curved to reduce wrist and hand fatigue. The molded handle is padded with built-in grooves and a non-slip grip. Easy-squeeze trigger exposes blade for cutting and automatically retracts for safety.
The safety lock allows you to lock the blade in the open position for large cutting volumes or in the closed position for safe storage. A quick change in blade position allows both right-handed and left-handed users to use it.
With a preloaded OLFA RB60H 60 mm durable blade which doubles the cutting volume compared to a standard blade. The large 60mm size allows you to cut up to twelve layers of cotton fabric in a single pass.
For optimal blade life, pair your OLFA rotary cutter with an OLFA self-healing rotating belt. This system protects work surfaces and extends the life of the rotating blade. Independent testing confirms that OLFA blades can cut up to 470 additional yards of fabric when paired with an OLFA Self-Healing Cutting Mat.
