Schluter-DITRA-HEAT-PS is a self-adhesive membrane that includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive to bond the membrane to the substrate without mortar. Quick and easy to install, the DITRA-HEAT-PS membrane integrates the characteristics of the DITRA-HEAT membrane into the customizable and comfortable underfloor heating system: uncoupling, waterproofing, steam management and the support necessary for the installation. of a durable installation.

  • Simply remove the clear non-stick film from the felt side of the membrane to expose the adhesive layer and embed it into the substrate
  • Without adhesive cement, installation of the membrane is quick and easy
  • If no pressure has been exerted on the membrane, it is easy to reposition it
  • Installation produces less mess and requires less cleaning and tools
  • The studded structure of the DITRA-HEAT-PS membrane is specially designed to allow easy installation of DITRA-HEAT-HK heating cables
  • Nominal thickness of 1/4" (5.5 mm) limits overall assembly thickness and reduces transition height with lower coverings
  • It is not necessary to cover the cables with a self-leveling agent in the membrane
  • If the installation area requires a membrane that meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI A118.10, please choose DITRA-HEAT or DITRA-HEAT-DUO products, for use with mortar. DITRA-HEAT-PS and DITRAHEAT-DUO-PS membranes can also be covered with Schluter-KERDI membrane, which is certified to ANSI A118.10
